Message to Garcia

Today in class we finished our story a message to Garcia. It takes place in the Spanish American War in Cuba. President McKinley needs to get a message to Garcia. He asks Rowan to deliver the message and of course he does it. Rowan goes and delivers the message to Garcia on a jungle island. Rowan does lots of things without question. He is a great role model he doesn't try to get around it by asking if this is really his job like some people did in the story. I think people should look up to Rowan. There are many people in this world who would just like to do nothing or make someone else do it. Sometimes people will complain and act like they have the hardest job when there are much harder jobs then theirs. The people in who looked in encyclopedias felt they were children in a sweatshop. I think we can all be a little lazy sometimes but we should do our best not to. We need to just push through tests and work because at least we are getting an education.
